UN CHEF À LA CABANE

Martin Picard and his crew invite you to the Au Pied de cochon sugar shack! Follow this dynamic team as they get ready for the sugaring off season. Preparations begin in the fall and continue right up to the first trickle of tree sap in the spring right up to the frenzied last minutes before the doors open. Be a part of the research and the experiments that his expert team must conduct to maximize the gastronomic experience at the shack. All of this activity takes place in a warm and festive atmosphere with friends around the table, tasting innovative recipes starring the ingredient that started this whole affair: maple syrup.
