AU PIED DE COCHON SUGAR SHACK

For nearly seven years, Martin Picard and his crew have shared their madcap universe, the world of the Au Pied de cochon sugar shack! Constantly evolving, the sugar shack Au Pied de cochon now includes a new shack, an inn, an orchard, and a pig farm. Against this ever-changing backdrop, Martin and his dynamic squad get ready for the sugaring off season. Preparations begin in the fall and continue to the first trickle of tree sap in the spring right up to the frenzied last minutes before the doors open. Be a part of the experiments that Martin and his expert team conduct to bring the gastronomic experience at the shack to the next outlandish level. It all takes place in a warm and festive atmosphere with friends and family around the table, tasting innovative cuisine starring the ingredient that started this whole love affair in the first place: maple syrup.
